The title is shown in a computer like font, showing the film involves technology. The title sequence then uses foreshadowing, as the title sequence bursts into bubbles with water sound effects, which is pivotal to the motives of the main character. this technique is common in thrillers. There is often some form of death in thrillers, and this is represented in the title sequence as a girl drowning is shown. there is also a glimpse of a robot leg in the title sequence but it is very brief and hard to spot, confusing the viewer, but the true nature of the plot and characters are revealed, resembling the thriller genre. the music is in an uncomfortable sharp tone, representing importance and threat, which are themes that often occur throughout thriller films. Lastly low key lighting is used in the sequence, which furthermore represents the thriller genres.
